The programme needs to be downloaded on a computer before transferrring the mp3 files to a device using the phone/device sync software such as iTunes. The programme comes as a zipped folder within which you will find the various mp3 files and a PDF User Guide. Contact me at russell@thefertilemind.net if you have any questions or problems.
